摘　　要：钎焊板式换热器是一种应用场合日益增多的紧凑型高效换热器,但也暴露出一个显著的缺点,就是泄漏时(尤其是内漏时)不能修复。本文分析了某外国公司钎焊板式换热器的失效原因,指出要充分发挥该种换热器的性能特点,除严格控制其制造质量外,还应从设计与安装两方面进行失效预防。Brazed heat exchanger is a high efficient compact exchanger which has been widely used. It also has a fatal shortcoming . This exchanger can not be repaired once leakage happening （especially inside leakage）. Some failure causes of brazed heat exchanger which produced by a foreign company were discussed in this paper. In order to keep good performance, the quality of brazed heat exchanger （such as brazing temperature） should be strictly controlled. The failure must be prevented both in design and installation.
