溶剂型喷墨墨水连接料的合成及性能研究

摘  要:采用自由基共聚合,再经Hofmann反应合成了新型的带胺基的可用于油溶性喷墨体系的聚丙烯酸酯的连接料。用红外光谱确定了酰胺基到胺基的转化。测定了采用特种官能团(酰胺基和胺基)的连接料的结构、含量与墨水体系稳定性、沉降率的关系。带胺基的聚丙烯酸酯的连接料配制成的墨水,体系稳定性好,置于扫描电镜下观察,颜料具有较好的颗粒粒径和分布。In this paper a polyacrylated resin and its modified resins were synthesized by radical copolymerization of a mixture of monomers consisting essentially of methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and acrylamide. Hofmann reaction was carried out in order to obtain the binder with amino functional groups from amide. The polyacrylated binder with amino functional groups showed the best stabilization character for pigments in oil-based ink jet ink. When the content of acrylamide in binder synthesis is 0.25 %, the oil-based ink system does not subside over 100 days, and the rate of subsidence of the ink is the lowest, as about 1.08 %. The dimension of the pigment particles lies in 200~ 400 nm measured by means of scanning electron microscope. The bright colored images were achieved.
