摘  要:本文采用正交试验法优选脉冲镀镍工艺参数。对所制备的试片拍摄扫描电镜照片考察表面形貌;采用贴滤纸法对镀层进行孔隙率试验;采用磨损试验机进行耐磨损性试验。并进行了防渗氮效果测试,结果表明脉冲电镀试片结晶细致、结合力良好、孔隙率低,耐磨性及防渗氮效果优于直流电镀。The parameters of pulse plating nickel were determine by the L9 (3^4) rthorhombie experiment. The conformation of surface were checked by appling metallographic examination to the sample; the cavity of the sample were experimented by the method of sticking filter papers; the experimentation for resisting abrasion were conduct by the abrade test machine, and test the effect for protecting nitriding. The result show that the crystal of the sample obtained by pulse plating was dense, the cohesive force was large, the cavity was low, the performance for resisting abrasion and protecting nitriding was much better than DC plating.
