摘 要:据报道,中国沙棘果实的化学成分190多种。本文采用乙醇渗漉从沙棘果实中提取得总浸膏,经不同溶剂萃取,硅胶、聚酰胺低压柱层析等方法分离,采用各种光谱方法进行结构鉴定。分离并鉴定出7个化合物,分别为苯甲酸、对羟基苯丙酮、异鼠李素、β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、槲皮素、异鼠李素-3-O- β-D-葡萄糖苷和芦丁。苯甲酸、对羟基苯丙酮、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D葡萄糖苷为首次从中国沙棘果实中分离得到。In order to study the chemical constituents of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp, sinensis Rousi. , Seabuckthorn fresh fruit was treated with alcohol and the chemical constituents of the extract were isolated and purified by several chromatograph methods. Chemical and spectral methods were applied to identify the structures of the isolated compounds. Ten compounds were obtained and seven of them were identified as: benzoic acid, 1- (4-hydroxy-phenyl) -propan-1-one, isorharnnetin, β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside, quercetin, isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside and rutin. Among these compounds, benzoic acid, 1- (4-hydroxy-phenyl) -propan-1-one and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside were obtained from Hippophae rhamnoides subsp, sinensis Rousi for tho first time.
