摘 要:采用银改性和银负载制备了两种1,2-丙二醇空气氧化合成丙酮醛催化剂,并对其性能进行了研究。在固定催化剂浓度及溶剂比条件下,对催化剂进行了评价。结果表明,催化剂最佳制备条件为:改性金属的盐酸溶液、一定粒度的银在50℃反应2 h,滴加甲醛溶液,Na2CO3溶液调节pH=10,升温还原2 h,溶液进行过滤,滤饼用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,在空气条件下110℃干燥,分级过筛。使用该催化剂在反应温度为410℃、1,2-丙二醇空速12 h-1、氧气与1,2-丙二醇物质的量比和水与1,2-丙二醇质量比分别为1.6和1的条件下,催化氧化转化率可达98.4%,催化剂选择性可达82.2%,催化剂寿命可达90天。Two types of catalysts for oxidation of 1,2-propylene glycol (PC-O) to methyglyoxal(MGX) with air were prepared, and their catalytic properties were tested. Catalyst prepared by the following procedure showed the best catalytic behavior: metal hydrochloric acid solution reacting with sliver for two hours, adding formaldehyde solution, keeping pH = 10 by sodium bicarbonate, reducing for two hours, filtering the solution, washing the filter cake with distilled water to pH= 7, drying at 110 ℃ in the air, and screening, propylene glycol conversion of 98.4%, selectivity to methyglyoxal of 82.2% and service life of 90 days were attained under the following conditions: 410 ℃, space velocity 12 h^-1, n(Ch):n(PGO)=1.6:1,m(H2O):m(PGO)=1:1.
