摘　　要：分析了焦炉煤气回收粗苯中出现的洗油消耗过高的原因,阐述了解决思路及采取的措施,通过采取综合措施,稳定循环洗油质量,增设捕油装置,减少煤气夹带洗油。对最终效果进行的测试表明,洗油的消耗有了明显的下降,取得了一定的经济和社会效益。Reasons for over consumption of wash oil in the recovery of raw benzene from coke oven coal gas, solution route and necessary measures are reviewed.Comprehensive measures are taken to stable the quality of wash oil, and add oil trap device, reduce wash oil in the coal gas.Test on the final result shows that consumption of wash oil is obviously reduced to gain some social and economic benefits.
