摘  要:目的观察氟伐他汀降脂同时对血脂异常患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及凝血系统的影响。方法选取血脂异常患者26例为血脂代谢紊乱组,口服氟伐他汀40 mg每晚1次,共12周;血脂正常者26例为正常对照组。2组分别于治疗前后进行血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、IMT、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)检查。结果血脂代谢紊乱组治疗12周后血脂各项指标明显改善,颈动脉IMT显著变薄(P<0.05),凝血系统指标较治疗前明显改善。结论氟伐他汀在有效降脂同时可逆转或延迟颈动脉IMT的进程,并可改善凝血系统功能。Objective To study the effect of fluvastatin on intima - medial thickness(IMT) of the common carotid artery and coagnlative system in dyslipidemic patients. Methods Twenty six dyslipidemic patients were received fluvatatin 40 mg qd for 12 weeks. Twenty six normol lipidemic subjects served as control. TC, TG, LDL, IMT, fibrinogen (Fbg), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thromboplasfin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT) were determined in dyslipidemic group before and after treatment. Results TC, TG, LDL, HDL were improved significantly in dyslipidemic group after 12 weeks. IMT was significantly thinned, while Fbg, 3q', APTT, PT were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusions Fluvastatin treatment not only apply lipid - lowering therapy but also regresses the structural changes in IMT of the common carotid artery and improve disorder of coagulation system in dyslipidemic patients.
