中药开元冲剂对实验性大鼠子宫内膜异位症的药效研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药开元冲剂对大鼠移植性子宫内膜异位的抑制作用。方法手术建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症动物模型,开元冲剂连续用药2周后处死大鼠剖腹,测量异位内膜体积并进行病理学检查。结果开元冲剂高剂量组(40 g/kg)和中剂量组(28.8 g/kg)用药后,异位内膜停止生长,体积变小,上皮变薄萎缩,腺体减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在40 g/kg和28.8 g/kg剂量下,中药开元冲剂有抑制异位子宫内膜生长的作用。Objective To evaluate the inhibiting effect of Kaiyuan granules on ectopie endometrial implants in rats. Methods Endometriosis models in rats were developed by surgical operations. Rats were sacrificed; volumes and pathological changes of endometrial transplant were observed after 2 weeks of treatments with Kaiyuan granules, Results Transplant volumes were significantly reduced in the moderate - dose and high - dose Kaiyuan granules group. Histologic examination of the explants showed an atrophy of epithelium and a decrease of endometrial glands. Conclusions The growth of ectopic endometrium can be inhibited with a moderate or high dose Kaiyuan granules.
