摘 要:累托石是一种规则的间层物质,天然的累托石层间距比较小,寻找合适的试剂和工艺将累托石的间层撑开到足够大的程度,开发它在材料中的应用是研究的一个热点。在氟碳表面活性剂和复合季铵盐极性插层剂作用下用分散机高速搅拌,制得累托石插层改性的纳米材料,通过X射线衍射、TEM、SEM对材料进行了测试表征,并对累托石的结构、插层原理及插层改性累托石的应用进行了探讨。Rectorite is a regularly interstratified mineral, the natural rectorite has small interstratification. Seeking the appropriate reagent and the craft to open the rectorite interstratification big enough developing its application in the material is a research hot spot. The rectorite layer-inserting nanometer materials were prepared by inserting fluoro carbon surfactants and complex quaternary ammonium salt into their layers and their structures were testified and characterized by X-ray diffraction, TEM and SEM. The principle of layer-inserting, the structure and applications of rectorites were discussed.
