摘　　要：结块问题涉及到化工、轻工、材料、食品等多个行业,使用防结块剂是解决这一问题的方向和趋势。本文通过大量文献资料,提出结块控制机理,并对常见的化学物质的结块机理进行了分析,对防结块剂的开发有一定指导意义。Caking of chemical products is involved in chemical industry, light industry, material engineering, food industry and so on , and this problem is concerned more and more in recent years. The trend of solution on this problem is to use anti -caking agencies. Controlling mechanism of caking is brought out and the mechanism of caking of general chemical compounds is also analyzed. The contribution of this work may have some directive meaning for development of anti - caking agencies.
