摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定参芍颗粒和参芍胶囊中芍药苷的含量.方法:色谱柱为ODS C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)(日本岛津),以水-甲醇(75:25)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长230 nm;柱温室温.结果:芍药苷在进样量3.7~37μg范围内线性良好(r=0.999 9),方法的精密度良好,RSD为0.53%.平均回收率分别为98.65%和98.28%,RSD分别为1.1%和1.2%(n=5).结论:本方法快速,简便,准确,重复性好,适于参芍颗粒和参芍胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定.OBJECTIVE An assay method was established for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shenshao granules and Shenshao capsules by HPLC. METHODS The chromatographic column was ODS C18 (150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm). Water-methanol (75:25) was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS The linear range of paeoniflorin was 3. 7 - 37 μg (r = 0. 999 9). The precision was satisfactory with RSD of 0. 53%. The average recovery was 98. 65% and 98. 28% with RSD of 1.1% and 1.2% (n = 5) ,respectively. CONCLUSION The method is rapid, simple, accurate and repeatable for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shenshao granules and Shenshao capsules.
