普通高校篮球运动员的创伤研究

摘　　要：对河南省10所高等院校405名篮球运动员进行了运动创伤的流行病学调查．结果表明:高校篮球运动员的损伤率较高,损伤主要发生在比赛中和专项训练中, 创伤部位主要集中在膝关节、踝关节、腰部,急性损伤多于慢性损伤．准备活动不充分、局部负荷过大、违犯比赛规则等是造成损伤的主要原因．This article has carried on the athletes of the ten universities and colleges in the sports injury epidemiology investigation to the 405 basketballs Henan province. The result indicated： the universities basketball athlete＇s damage rate was higher; the damage mainly occurred in the competition and the special training; the wound spot mainly concentrated in the knee joint, the malleolus joint and the waist; the warming-up exercise not to be full and to violate the contest rule were the main reasons.
