摘　　要：通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法等研究方法,对洛阳市部分普通高校学生课外体育活动现状进行了分析研究,并对发现的问题提出了建议:加强学校有关部门对课外体育工作重要性的认识、进一步完善课外体育锻炼的组织形式、采取有效的措施、引导大学生进行体育锻炼．Through the law of documents and materials, the law of questionnaires survey and the law of the questioning survey, this paper makes an analyze of the current situation of the sports activity after class in ordinary colleges and universities in Luoyang area, and puts forward the suggestions to the questions that are found.
