摘 要:本文考察了纳米纤维状氧化铝TH的焙烧成型过程;对比了两种不同形态氧化铝-工业氧化铝BA和纳米纤维状氧化铝TH的物化性质及以此两种氧化铝为载体负载的钯催化剂在蒽醌加氢反应中的催化性能.结果表明,由于纳米纤维状氧化铝TH比工业氧化铝BA具有更高的比表面及更加适宜的织构性质,有利于实现活性组分钯在载体上的高度分散和产物的扩散,从而表现出更高的氢蒽醌选择性和氢化效率.The properties of the nano-alumina fiber designated as TH were studied and it was compared with a commercial alumina, BA, which is widely used as catalytic supports in the industry. Pd/BA and Pd/TH catalysts prepared by the impregnation of BA and TH support with PdCl2 solution were evaluated in the hydrogenation reaction of 2-Ethyltetrahydroanthraquinone. The results showed that the Pd/TH catalyst exhibited higher hydrogenation activity then Pd/BA catalyst. This can be attributed to the unique properties of TH : the higher specific surface area can promote a higher dispersion of Pd on the support, meanwhile, the suitable textural properties make the diffusion of the product molecular in the catalyst easier.
