不同中医治法对肝癌大鼠肝组织中细胞内信号转导蛋白激酶级联分子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同中医治法对细胞内蛋白激酶级联分子的影响。方法采用A ffym etrix Rat 230A GeneCh ip检测了二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱导的大鼠肝癌模型组、不同中医治法组和西医治法组肝癌(含肝)组织,以及正常组肝组织基因表达谱的改变,根据有关基因功能分类的方法,筛选模型组表达大于正常而经过各种治法治疗后表达小于模型组的细胞内信号转导蛋白激酶级联分子。结果西药组下调显著3个基因,中医全方、清热、活血和健脾治法分别下调的3、2、2和3个基因。结论不同中医治法调节的靶点基因是不同的。Objective To further study the effect of protein kinase molecule of inter-cell by different TCM treament. Methods Gene expression of rat liver cancer tissue induced by DEN,liver cancer tissue of interferencing by different TCM and western medicine treatmentsis screened by Affymetrix Rat 230A GeneChip. Based on the methods of gene function,we screen the genes of its expression lower than liver cancer tissue after interferencing by different TCM and western medicine treatments. Resuits Three genes down-regulated by western medicine; three, two, two, three genes differently down-regulated by whole recipe treament, clearing heating treament, activating blood and invigoratspleen treament. We also report the related gene of regulating bydifferent TCM treament is research about those genes. Conclusion The target differente.
