大面积烧伤残余创面治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大面积烧伤残余创面的最佳治疗方案。方法对我科1995年10月—2003年10月收治的大面积烧伤残余创面118例进行回顾分析。结果118例病人经全身浸浴疗法,局部使用抗生素、bFGF、烫疮油等治疗创面全部愈合。结论浸浴基础上的综合治疗是治疗烧伤残余创面重要方法。Objective To explore the best treatment of residual burn wound. Methods The clinical reports of 118 cases with residual burn wound in our department from Oct. 1995 to Oct. 2003 were analyzed. Results Local or general water bath was used in all the cases and then different wounds were treated with antibiotics, basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） and burn oil. Conclusion Complex treatment after local or general water bath was the most effective method to residual burn wound.
