介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死28例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死介入治疗的效果。方法对28例37个髋股骨头缺血性坏死,采用Seld ingr技术经皮股动脉穿刺插管行高选择性股骨头供血动脉的检查及药物灌注。结果介入治疗后疼痛缓解或消失率达97.3%,X线复查均有不同程度的骨质修复,新生骨生成。显示治疗后动脉血流增快,静脉血流情况改善。结论介入治疗能改善股骨头的血液循环,是治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的有效方法。Objective To discuss the effect of interventional therapy on avascular necrosis of femoral head （ANFH）. Methods Blood supply arteries of femoral head were checked and perfused with drugs on 28 patients （ 37 hips ） with ANFH by pereutaneous femoral artery puncture intubation using Seldingr technique. Results There were 97.3 % of the patients hips whose pain disappeared or was remitted. Bone repair and new bone rebuilding to some extent were found under X-ray examination. Femoral arterial blood flow＇s speed was increased, and improvement in venous flow was also found after interventional treatment. Conclusion Improving the blood circulation of femoral head, interventional therapy is effective on ANFH.
