海洛因依赖者MMPI测试结果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨海洛因依赖者的人格特点和分类。方法:采用中国版“明尼苏达多项人格调查表(MMPI)”对81例海洛因依赖者进行测试,结果与全国常模进行对照,并对其进行K-means分析。结果:与全国常模相比较,男性海洛因依赖者疑病(Hs)、抑郁(D)、癔病(Hy)、病态人格(Pd)、女子气(Mf)、偏执(Pa)、精神分裂症(Sc)、轻躁狂(Ma)临床量表分升高明显(P<0.01);女性海洛因依赖者Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Mf、Pa、Ma临床量表分升高明显(P<0.01);各量表进行K-means聚类分析,81例海洛因依赖者被分成3种临床类型:偏执型人格障碍(37.04%),躯体型人格障碍(16.05%)和反社会人格障碍(46.91%)。结论:男女性海洛因依赖者与不同性别的中国常模相比均存在一定的人格问题,并且有着不同的临床类型,应针对不同的临床类型对他们进行有效的心理干预和康复指导。Objective： To explore the personality characteristics and subgroups of heroin dependent patients. Methods： With Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （MMPI Chinese version ）, 81 heroin dependent patients were tested and the results were compared with the Chinese normal and analyzed by K-means cluster analysis. Restults： In the male heroin dependent patients, the measured scales of hypochondriasis, depression, hysteira, psychopathic status, masculinity-femininity, paranoid, schizophrenia and hypomania of MMPI appeared to be very high （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while in the female, the scales of hypochondriasis, depression, hysteira, psychopathic status, masculinity-femininity, paranoid and hypomania of MMPI were very high （P 〈 0.01）. According to the K-means cluster analysis, the 81 heroin dependent patients fell into three subgroups： paranoia （37.04 % ）, somatic （ 16.05 % ）, antisocial （ 46.91% ） personalities. Conclusion： Both male and female heroin dependent patients have significant personality abnormalities classified into different clinical subgroups. Effective psychological intervention and rehabilitation instruction are needed when treating them.
