摘  要:以醋酸锂、醋酸锰、醋酸钴、醋酸镍、柠檬酸、乙二醇为原料,利用燃烧辅助有机酸络合法合成LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4,并用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜检测和分析产物物相、晶格常数和形貌,用交流阻抗技术研究产物的界面过程,用恒流充放电测试产物的容量和循环性能.研究结果表明:各条件下合成的LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4粉末的X射线衍射峰强度大、峰尖锐,粉末具有良好的结晶性和均匀性;LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4容量随热处理温度的升高而增大;相对于LiMn2O4,LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4的初始容量虽略有下降,但双掺杂后的循环性能得到显著提高.Lithium acetate, manganese acetate, cobalt acetate, nickel acetate, citric acid, and glycol being the raw anaterials, LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4 powder was prepared by the combustion-assisted complexing method. The phase identification, lattice parameter and morphology were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical properties of LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4were carried out by A. C. impedance and galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments. The powders prepared under different conditions are of good crystallinity; the diffraction peak of X-ray is intensive and sharp. The capacity of LiMn1.8Co0.1Ni0.1O4 increases as the temperature rises. Compared with the original capacity, it decreases slighty; however, the cycling behavior improves after double doping.
