淫羊藿煎剂对雌性贡鸡免疫和生殖器官的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究不同剂量的淫羊藿煎制剂对雌性贡鸡免疫器官和生殖器官指数的影响.方法:对3日龄雏鸡每日灌注不同剂量的淫羊藿煎制剂,于21日龄测定免疫器官和生殖器官指数.结果:法氏囊指数和胸腺指数升高不显著(P>0.05),脾脏和雌性生殖器官指数升高显著(P<0.05).结论:淫羊藿作为鸡饲料添加剂可以提高雌鸡抗病能力和繁殖性能.Objective：To study the effects of the extract of Epimedium korearium Nakai on the indexes of immune organs and reproductive organ in female Gong chickens. Method： Perfusion was applied to 3-day-old chichens every day with different dosages, and indexes of immune organs and female reproductive organ were measured at 21-day-old. Result： Neither the cloacal bursa index nor the thymus index was affected （ P 〉 0.05）, but the spleen index and the female reproductive organ index were increased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：It suggests that forage containing the extract of Epimedium korearium Nakai is able to enhance the female chickens＇ disease resistance and reproductive ability.
