摘　　要：在战略能源日渐短缺的今天,蒙古因其矿产资源丰富,已成为各国进行矿业投资的重要目的地国家。但是,在蒙古投资开矿既有有利条件,同时也伴随着不少不利因素。我国企业应充分认识在蒙古投资矿业面临的困难和挑战,采取积极有力的应对措施,如此,才能在蒙古矿业开发的激烈竞争中掌握主动权,使蒙古成为我国的另一个重要矿源。In today, with the strategic sources of energy lacking day by day, Mongolia has become a important country for the countries in the world to invest in mining idustry. This investment has its favourable conditions and has some unfavourable factors, too. China~ enterprises should have a sane understanding of the difficuhics and challenges to invest in mining industry in Mongolia and take some active and effective measures so that we can have the initiative in keen competation and make Mongolia one of China＇s important source of mine.
