建立省级少数民族传统体育项目训练基地、网点的可行性研究

摘　　要：运用文献研究法和实地调查法,从少数民族传统体育创新发展的角度,对建立省级少数民族传统体育项目训练基地、网点的可行性进行研究。基于建立“基地、网点”的意义和任务,提出了“基地”依托民族县体育局,“网点”依托学校的观点;分析和探讨了建立“基地”、“网点”的政策、经费、人力资源和后勤保障等支撑系统模式和应遵循可持续发展、实事求是、重点突出和协调发展的原则;旨在为建立少数民族传统体育项目训练基地、网点提供决策参考。Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis and field obversation, in the perspective of the creative development of the minority nationality traditional sports, this study coducted the possiblity of establishing provincial training bases and network of minority traditional sports. Based on the meanings and tasks of Establishing ‘base＇ and‘node＇, the paper puts forwards the views which stress that ‘bases＇ rely on the sport bureau of nationality counties, and ‘nodes＇ devepend on schools. In additon, this study analyzed and explored the supporting system model, including establishing ‘ bases＇, policies of ‘nodes＇, ouday, human resources and logistics security. Several principles, including sustainable development, being practical and realistic, focus on significance and harmony devlopment, were proposed, in order to provide political references for building up training bases and nodes of minority traditional sports.
