摘 要:从我国目前青春期不同发育类型学生体质状况和身心发育需求的实际出发,针对当前学校健康教育的薄弱环境,把握健康教育与健康促进紧密结合的发展趋势,提出了“青春发育突增期不同发育类型学生健康促进模式”。它是开展学校健康教育的一种范式,是一种在一定社会背景下、在一定目标规定下、在一定理论指导下对青春发育突增期的学生进行学校健康促进的一个操作程序。其干预活动的实施方案,主要是通过政策环境的改变、健康教育、青春期学生和家庭技能行为的改变、全校总动员及多方位服务等干预策略,改变学生本人、家长、教师和同伴的知识技能、信念态度和行为习惯,以达到最大限度地发挥每位学生遗传潜力的健康目标。According to the situation of physical fitness of different gromth and development of adolescents and the need of physical and psycholcgical growth, in the context of the poor environment of health education at school at present in China, based on the development trend of the combination of health education and health, this paper proposed “Health Promotion Model for the Growth Spurting Adolescent of Different Developing Types”. This model can be seen as a sample model of implementing health education at school, in a certain social context, with the direction of a certain purpose. It can be regarded as a kind of practice program, which is used to conduct health education among the adolescent at growth period with a certain theoretical guide. The main measurement of this model are composed of various interfering strategies, such as changes of political envimronment, health education, adolescents and changes of family skill behaviors, the united action of the whole school, the comprehensive service. It also includes changes of skill and knowledge, belief and attitudes, and behavior habits of students, parents, teachers, and partners, in order to carry forward students' inheritance potentiality.
