“三双”武术教学模式的研究

摘　　要：以《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》为指导思想,从武术运动项目的特点出发,对武术教学内容、教学形式、教学方法进行改革,构建了符合普通高校武术教学的模式。结果表明:“三双”武术教学模式在普通高校武术教学中具有套路、散打两位教师先后授课、男女生合班上课的特点。实验结果非常显著。With the guidance of “the National P.E. Cun-iculum Guidance Skeleton of Higher Education”, based on the characteristics of Wushu sport event, this study conducted reforms with attention to teaching content, teaching methods, teaching patterns of Wushu and constructed a particular teaching model with respect to Wushu teaching in higher education. The results indicated that ‘Three Double＇ Wushu teaching model consists of the teaching content of routine and Shanda, which is taught in a mixed class. The effect of this experiment is very obvious.
