摘　　要：地方高校科学研究管理的集成化指对其各种科研资源和要素实行重组、优化组合、合理配置和有机融合,管理集成化是提高地方高校科学研究竞争力的重要方式。The integration of scientific research management at local colleges/universities means the regrouping, the optimal combination, the proper collocation and the organic convergence of various research resources and essential elements. The management integration is a significant way of promoting the competitiveness of scientific research at these colleges or universities.
