摘　　要：新时期对高校的科研管理提出了更高的要求,要适应新时期的需要高校的科研管理就要在工作思路、措施及成效上创新。对于具体实施管理的工作者也相应地提出了更高的要求。阐述了新时期对高校科研管理工作的要求,并对科研管理工作者应该具备的素质和能力进行了探讨。New period puts forward higher demand to the scientific research management of the university, the scientific research management wanting to meet the needs of new period in the university should innovate on the working thinking , measure and effect.
