德国中小企业发展对东北地区经济发展的启示

摘　　要：中小型企业在德国经济持续、稳定和健康的发展中起了非常大的作用,占德国企业总数99．7％的中小型企业是德国经济增长和就业的发动机,为德国经济发展和结构转变做出了很大贡献。德国中小企业具有经营规模小、专业性强、产品质量高、适应市场变化快及重视技术创新等特点。这些特点值得我们借鉴,以更好地发挥中小企业的作用, 加快振兴东北经济步伐。SMEs play an important role in the consistent and healthy development of German economy. SMEs, which make up 99.7% of total Germany enterprise, are the engines for the increase of economy and obtaining employment. What＇s more, they also make a great contribution to the national economic development and structural transition. Small scale of operation, high specialization, excellent quality of production, adapting fast to the market transformation, as well as valuing technologic innovation are all the characteristics of Germany＇s SMEs. They are worth for us to learn from, so that we can manage our own SMEs better and finally achieve the purpose of accelerating the paces of promoting the economy of Northeast China.
