摘　　要：取X期的鸡胚盘细胞进行体外培养,细胞于24 h后开始贴壁生长,72 h后,开始向上皮类细胞分化.用不同浓度的成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)处理刚分离的胚盘细胞,结合间接免疫荧光法检测细胞第VIII凝血因子相关抗原的表达,初步发现大于100μg/L的FGF能诱导胚盘细胞向内皮细胞分化.Cultured the chicken blasoderm ceils of stages X in vitro. The ceils began to grow by anchoring the dish wall. After 72 hours of culturing, the ceils began to differentiate into the epithelium like cells. The ceils were treated with different doses of FGF just after the dissociation. Then in the blastederm cells of culturing, the expression of Factor Ⅷ associated antigen was examincd by the indirect immunofluorescence assay. Results show that more than 100ng/mL of the FGF can induce the dissociated blastoderm ceils to differentiate into endothelium cells. Thus, the dissociated chicken blastderm ceils provide a remarkably simple test model to investigate the mechanism of the endothelium differentiation.
