摘  要:对不同成分的大型低碳合金钢锻件亚温淬火工艺进行研究,确定了亚温淬火工艺参数,并应用于实际生产中。结果表明,大型低碳合金钢锻件经亚温淬火热处理后,在满足工件强度的条件下,不仅可以获得更好的塑韧性,而且可以细化晶粒组织,节省能源。The sub - temperature quenching process for the large low carbon alloy steel forging with different chemical composition has been described in this article, and the sub - temperature quenching process parameter which has been already applied in the practical production has been determined as well. The results shows that the large low carbon alloy steel can not only obtain the better plastic toughness but also refine the grain size structure with energy saving after the sub - temperature quenching treatment, under the condition of satisfying the strength of the working piece.
