摘　　要：利用改进解释结构模型理论,分析了影响水资源系统各因子的结构层次,从理性的角度说明社会、经济、生态环境三者共同影响水资源系统的生态稳定,旨在为水资源可持续发展的规划与优化工作奠定理论基础。The paper introduces the theory of improved interpretative structural modeling and analyzes the structuralstratum of factors that affect water resource system.It is explained rationally that the water resource system stabilizationis affected by the subsystems of society,economyand environment together.The degree of economic development would restrict the improvement of environment and society,and the water environmental health would affecteconomyand life quality at the same time.The goal is supplying some proof to water resource programmingto attain the sustainable development of water resource,and offering direction and sustainment in theory for the actions of water resource sustainable development.
