摘　　要：针对中国石化广州分公司常减压蒸馏Ⅰ套装置在扩能改造后的生产运行周期的中后期加热炉负荷制约装置高负荷生产的“瓶颈”问题,通过实施负荷转移技术,投用初馏塔侧线流程,在相同条件下,使装置负荷提高了10t/h以上,经济效益明显。Operation of crude prefraetionator with side stream has been adopted for debottlenecking the capacity limitation problem of the furnace in the 1st set of the atomospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Guangzhou Petrochemical Company. The problem was occurred after the capacity expansion revamping of the distillation unit. Through the load transfer from the furnace to the side stream of the prefractionator, the total capacity of the distillation unit increased more than 10t/h,thus, the economic effect was obvious.
