摘　　要：目的:建立五子衍宗丸中五味子乙素含量的HPLC方法。方法:使用VP-ODS(150 mm×4．6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(72:28)为流动相,流速1．0 ml·min-1;柱温:室温;检测波长254 nm。结果:五味子乙素线性范围是0．17-1．67μg,r= 0．999 9,平均回收率102．1％,RSD=2．2％(n=6)。结论:该法可用于测定五子衍宗丸中五味子乙素的含量。Objective： To establish a method for determination the content of γ-schisandrin in Wuzi Yanzong Pills by HPLC. Method： The Vp-ODS column （ 150 mm×4.6 mm ,5μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （72：28 ） with UV detection was at 254 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range of γ-sehisandrin was 0.17 -1.67μg, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 102.1% RSD = 2.2% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The methods is simple, reproducible and suitable for determination the content of γ-sehizandrin in Wuzi Yanzong Pills.
