摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定仙鹿胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用YMC C18分析柱(150 mm×4．6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(55:45),检测波长:270 nm,流速:1．0 ml·min-1,柱温:25℃。结果:淫羊藿苷在0．1-1．0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0．999 9(n=5),平均回收率为98．6％,RSD为1．3％。结论:本法准确可靠,简便灵敏,重复性好,可用于仙鹿胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for the determination the content of Icarrin in Xianlu Capsule by HPLC. Method： The YMC C18 column （150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） with methanol-water （55：45） as mobile phase were used and UV detection at 270 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml·min^-1, column temperature at 25℃. Result： The icarrin presented a good linear correlation in a rage of 0.1- 1. 0μg , r = 0.999 9 （ n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 98.6%, RSD = 1.3 % （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion ： This method is reliable, simple, and a good repeatibility, it can be used for quality control of icarrin in Xianlu capsule.
