摘　　要：测控数据是测控系统进行测控任务的基础,保证其实时信息输入输出、监控显示、安全存储是非常重要的。测控数据的大容量特性决定了必须使用Oracle数据库中Blob型字段来进行存取,针对这一特点在数据存储层用Oracle数据库的管理策略进行安全机制设计,在实时软件应用层用增加数据表标志位保证测控数据的完整性。TIC （Tracking, Telemetry, Command）data is the foundation of TIC system. Real-time input/output, monitor, display and safe storage of TIC data are very important. The large volume of TIC data is one of its characteristics, which determines that Blob field in the Oracle database is required for its access. According to this characteristic, Oracle database administration strategy is used for the design of security mechanism in the data storage layer. Adding data list flag bit is used to ensure the integrity of TIC data in the real-time software application layer.
