降脂通便胶囊治疗阴虚血淤型高脂血症41例临床初探

摘　　要：目的:观察降脂通便胶囊治疗阴虚血淤型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:41例患者均用降脂通便胶囊口服,治疗4周后观察血清胆固醇、甘油三酯及临床症状的变化。结果:临床控制19例,显效8例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率90.2%。治疗后血脂、症状均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:降脂通便胶囊治疗阴虚血淤型高脂血症有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia of Yin deficiency and blood stasis treated with Reduce Blood Fat and Deject Capsule. Method ：41 cases were all used Reduce Blood Fat and Deject Capsule orally. After 4 weeks, serum cholesterol （SCH）, triglyceride （TGL） and the changes of clinical symptoms were observed. Result ： 19 cases were controlled in clinic, 8 cases in excellence, 10 cases effetive and 4 cases ineffective. The total eftectire rate is 90.2%. After treatment, both blood fat and the symptoms were improved obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Reduce Blood Fat and Deject Capsule has pretty good clinical therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia of Yin deficiency and blood stasis.
