摘　　要：轴角编码单元是测控设备中必不可少的一个单元,他对天线方位、俯仰轴位置角度进行实时编码,将当前角度信息送天线控制单元(ACU)和监控单元,为天线控制提供当前轴角位置角度信息。介绍了基于ISA总线接口设计的轴角编码单元的工作原理及实现方法,他可作为计算机板卡插入工控机中通过ISA总线与工控机直接进行数据传送,重点介绍了轴角编码单元与ISA总线接口电路部分的设计。The Position Encoding Unit is one of essential equipment in measurement and control equipment. The unit is capable of encoding the Az, El position in real -time,sending the current Az, El position to the Antenna Control Unit（ACU） and monitor unit and providing current angle position for antenna controlling. The paper describes a new design of position encoding unit based on ISA Bus interface. It can be mounted into an Industrial PC as one of PC boards. The detail electronics circuit for position encoding unit interfaced with ISA Bus interface is given in the paper.
