摘  要:通过向AZ91D铸锭熔化后的熔体中添加一定量的细晶AZ91D压铸件,对利用AZ91D镁合金组织遗传性细化铸件晶粒、提高合金力学性能进行了初步研究。结果表明:通过添加1%和5%的压铸件,重熔后试样的晶粒得到了细化,晶粒尺寸可以达到100μm左右;添加压铸件后,合金的拉伸力学性能有较大提高,添加5%压铸件熔体保温20min时σb提高了30%,σ0.2提高了47%,δ提高了60%;由于包含细晶特征的原子集团不能在熔体中稳定存在,当原子集团分裂后达到一定特性尺寸时将失去遗传特性,所以组织遗传性对合金的晶粒细化和力学性能的影响是随着熔体保温时间逐渐减弱直至消失的。Applications of structure heredity of AZ91D alloy on grain refinement and improving mechanical properties were investigated by adding die-casting parts (DCP) of AZ91D into the melt of AZ91D ingot. The results show that the grains of re-melted samples were refined to 100~m by adding DCP. After adding 5% DCP, (Tb, (70.2 and ~ were improved by 30%, 47% and 60% separately. Since clusters containing grain refinement features can't exist steady in the melt, the heredity feature of the clusters would disappear when the size of split clusters reaches a certain value. The effect of structure heredity on grain refinement and mechanical properties would be less and less as the holding time increases.
