摘 要:目的探讨外源性腺苷对大鼠脊髓损伤后运动诱发电位(MEP)和后肢运动功能的影响。方法将24只Wistar大鼠(230~280g)随机分为对照(生理盐水NS)组和腺苷(ATP)组,每组12只。改良Allen方法致T11段脊髓不完全损伤,经腹腔注射NS(1.5ml)或ATP(40mg/kg),分别于伤前,伤后即刻、30min和1、4、8h及1、3、5d进行MEP测定,伤后2周进行行为学检查(斜板实验+Gale评分)。结果脊髓损伤前后MEP的变化:大鼠脊髓损伤后,MEP潜伏期延长和波幅的降低,ATP组变化小于对照组,P<0.05;后肢运动功能测定:ATP组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论ATP能有效地阻止潜伏期的延长,明显的抑制波幅的降低,促进后肢运动功能的恢复,MEP恢复早于后肢运动功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of exogenous adenosine on motor evoked potential (MEP)and motor function of lower limbs after acute spinal cord injury in rats. Methods Twenty four healthy Wistar rats weighing 230-280g were divided into 2 groups (control and Group ATP).There are twelve rats of each group. NS for 1.Sml and ATP for 40rag kg were respectively supplied through abdominal cavity after Tll segments of spinal cord were incompletely injured by modified Allen crush method. MEP was recorded before SCI and after SCI immediately;30 minutes,1,4,8 hours and 1,3,5 days after SCI. Motor function of lower limbs was evaluated using inclined plane and Gale scale. Results Amplitude of MEP reduced and delitescence of MEP prolonged after SCL. Amplitude and delitescence of MEP restored better in Group ATP than that in control Group(P〈0.05). The recovery of motor function of lower limbs is better in Group ATP than that in control Group (P〈0.05) . Conclusions ATP can effectively prevent the prolonging of MEP delitescence and obviously reduce the MEP amplitude and promote motor function recovery. The restoration of MEP began earlier than that of motor function of lower limbs.
