摘 要:在灾害荷载作用下,如果小城镇工程结构的重要功能丧失,结构出现严重破坏甚至倒塌,易造成巨大的生命财产损失。通过引入抗灾指标,从抗震、抗风、抗火和抗洪四方面研究了小城镇工程结构的抗灾指标体系(包括广义抗力指标和广义荷载效应指标)。并基于抗灾指标的小城镇工程结构体系失效模式的相关性特点,简化了小城镇工程结构体系抗灾可靠度的计算。Under hazard load, the important function of engineering structure of small town is lost, the structure is destroyed seriously, even collapse, which causes enormous life and property loss. In order to reduce losses, the index system (including generalized resistance index and generalized load effect index) of small town engineering structure combating a natural disaster, the reliability and the key element were studied from four respects such as, anti-seismic, wind resistance, fire resistance and flood resistance. The computation method of system reliability of the small town engineering structure is simplified according to the correlation of characteristics of the failure modes of small town engineering structure based on resist hazard index.
