摘  要:对生长于青藏高原东北部3个不同海拔地区2300、2700和3800m的火绒草叶片的光合特性进行了比较研究.结果发现,随着海拔的升高,叶绿素含量有降低的趋势,而叶绿素a/b比值及类胡萝卜素相对含量呈上升趋势.与海拔2300m处的相比,生长于海拔3800m处的火绒草的净光合速率、表观量子效率和光补偿点较低,但光饱和点较高.研究表明,火绒草在光合特性上的变化是对逆境的一种适应,是青藏高原特殊生态条件长期胁迫的结果.The photosynthetic characteristics of the leaves of Leontopodium leontopodioides growing at three different altitudes (2 300,2 700 and 3 800 m above sea level) in the northeastern part of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were comparatively studied. As a result,it was consequently found that as the altitudes increased, the chlorophyll content tend to decline and the chlorophyll a/b ratio and the relative carotinoid content tended to rise. At 3 800 m above sea level ,the photosynthetic rate,apparent quantum yield,light compensation point of Leontopodium leontopodioides were low and its light saturation point was high,compared with those at 2 300 above sea level. The study revealed that the changes of Leontopodium leontopodioides in its photosynthetic characteristics was a adaptive response to adverse environments as well as a consequence re- sulting from the stressful ecological conditions existing in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau for ages.
