锦鸡儿属10种植物茎叶有效成分的系统预试

摘　　要：利用圆形滤纸层析法和试管法,对采自中国西北地区锦鸡儿属10种植物茎部和叶部的有效成分类型进行了系统预试.试验结果表明所有待测样品中均含有酯类、内酯、强心苷、黄酮及苷类、甾体及萜类化合物和酚性成分.各植物样品中几乎不含生物碱,其它类型化学成分则因植物种类和植物部位的不同而有差异.The active constituents in the stems and leaves of ten Caragana plants collected in Northwest China were systematically pre-tested by round filter paper chromatography and test tube method. The results showed that all the tested samples contained esters ,cardic glycosides,flavonoids,steroids,terpenoids and phenolic compounds. Furthermore,all the plant samples hardly contained alkaloids while other chemical constituents varied depending on the plant kinds and the sampled plant parts.
