狼疮方3号颗粒对狼疮模型鼠血清白介素6及脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中药复方狼疮方3号(LCF-3)对BXSB狼疮小鼠血清白介素6(IL-6)以及脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群的作用,探讨其对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的作用机制。方法将BXSB狼疮模型鼠随机分成4组:空白对照组、中药组、西药组、中西药合用组。双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定小鼠血清中IL-6的含量;流式细胞术测定小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群的阳性率。结果3个给药组均可显著降低IL-6的含量;各给药组对CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞均有提升作用,但中药组对CD4+T细胞的提升作用与对照组相比没有统计学差异(P>0.05),对CD8+T细胞有非常明显的提升作用(P<0.01)。结论中药复方LCF-3与西药泼尼松均对BXSB狼疮小鼠有明显的治疗作用,中西药合用组疗效优于中药、西药组。Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） named Lang Chuang Fang No.3 （LCF- 3） prescription on serum IL-6 and spleen T-lympholyte subsets in the BXSB mice and the mechanisms of treatment on SLE. Methods BXSB mice were randomly divided into 4 groups： group A was model; group B was TCM; group C was Westem medicine; group D was TCM and Western medicine. Serum IL-6 were measured by ELISA. Rates of positive in T-lymphocytes subsets in all BXSB mice were analysed by flow cytometry（FCM）. Results Three drug groups could significantly reduce the content of IL-6. Three drug groups could raise the percentages of CD3^＋, CD4^＋ and CD8^＋T cells, although TCM had no effects on CD4^＋ T（P〉0.05）. Group B could significantly up-regulate the pewentage of CD8^＋T cells（P〈0.01 ）. Condusion Our results indicate that LCF-3 and prednisone can be effect on BXSB mice. Using of TCM and Western medicine together is better than using them alone.
