青春期痤疮患者血清六项性激素水平的测定

摘　　要：目的探讨青春期寻常型痤疮患者体内性激素水平的改变。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析法对30例青春期女性痤疮患者及18例青春期男性痤疮患者血清六项性激素水平进行检测,并以相应年龄段的15例正常女性及12例正常男性作对照。结果女性青春期痤疮患者血清雌二醇水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05);睾酮/雌二醇比值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);促卵泡素明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);男性青春期痤疮患者血清睾酮、雌二醇、孕酮、促卵泡素、黄体生成素、催乳素及睾酮/雌二醇与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论青春期女性痤疮患者发病的主要原因可能是由于雌激素分泌不足,使血清内睾酮水平相对增多所致。男性青春期痤疮患者的发病可能与血清六项性激素水平变化无直接关系。Objective To investigate the changes of level of serum sex hormones in adolescent patients with ache vulgaris. Methods The levels of luteinizing hormone （LH）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, estradion2 （E2）, testosterone （T）, progesterone （P） and prolactin （PRL） in serum were measured with electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay （ECLI） method in 30 adolescent female and 15 adolescent male patients with acne vulgaris. 15 cases of healthy adolescent female subjects and 15 cases of healthy adolescent male subjects were selected as controls. Results The serum E2 levels of the 30 adolescent female patients with ache vulgaris were significantly lower than those of normal controls （P〈0.05）, and the serum FSH levels of 30 adolescent female patients with acne vulgaris were significantly higher than those of normal controls （P〈0.05）. The ratio of T/E2 in the 30 adolescent female patients with acne vulgaris was significantly higher than that of the controls （P〈 0.01）. No obvious difference was found in the serum levels ofT, E2, P, FSH, LH, PRL and T/E2 between 18 adolescent male patients with ache vuglars and the normal controls （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The acne in adolescent female patients may be mainly caused by the less secretion of the estrogen, which lead to rising the serum levels of the testosterone relatively. The acne in adolescent male patients may have no direct relationship with the serum levels of the 6 sex hormones.
