芦荟对银屑病患者外周血单核细胞和角质形成细胞增殖和凋亡的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨芦荟对银屑病患者外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)和角质形成细胞增殖和凋亡影响。方法选择寻常性银屑病患者PBMC,共20例,正常人16例,及角质形成细胞株Colo-16细胞。采用MTT方法检测细胞增殖,ELISA方法检测细胞凋亡。结果芦荟对正常人和银屑病患者PBMC增殖均有抑制作用(P<0.01),无促进细胞凋亡作用,对角质形成细胞株Colo-16细胞有明显的抑制增殖和促进凋亡作用(P<0.01)。结论芦荟抑制银屑病患者PBMC的增殖和诱导角质形成细胞凋亡可能是芦荟治疗银屑病的重要药理作用之一。Objective To study the function of aloe on cell proliferation and apoptosis in peripheral blood monouclear cells（PBMC） of psoriasis and keratinocyte. Methods Taking PBMC and Colo-16 cell from 16 normal and 20 valgris psoriasis cases, and than assayed the proliferation in PBMC and Colo-16 cell by MTF and cell anontosis by ELISA. Results Aloe could inhibited proliferation and apoptosis of PBMC in normals and patients with vulgaris psoriasis （P〈0.01）, but could not induced apoptosis. It took obviously effects on inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis with Colo-16 cell （P〈0.01）, Conclusion It suggests that aloe can inhibite proliferation of PBMC in psoriasis and induce apoptosis of keratinoeytes.
