摘  要:采用加钛合金化的方法得到了不同冷却条件下Cu-Cr-Ti合金的凝固组织。利用带有能谱(EDS)的扫描电镜(SEM)分析了富Cr相的形态、成分以及形成机制。结果表明:在电弧熔炼条件下,加入合金元素Ti,合金正常凝固的过程得到抑制,凝固后期的共晶反应被液相分解反应取代;在快速凝固条件下,加入合金元素Ti,液相分解组织之间的聚集现象更加严重。EDS结果表明,合金元素Ti加大了Cu、Cr之间的固溶度,但基体中的含Cu量变化不大。The microstructures of Cu-Cr-Ti alloy were obtained by alloying way at different cooling conditions. The morphologies, compositions and mechanism of Cr rich phases were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the normal solidification process is restrained, and the eutectic reaction is replaced by the liquid phase separation reaction when Ti element was added under arc melting. The integrations between liquid phase separation microstructures became serious when Ti element was added under rapid solidification. EDS results show that the solid solubility between Cu and Cr is enlarged by adding Ti, while copper content in matrix had a little change.
