摘　　要：利用2-(2-羧基苯偶氮)-7-(4-乙酰基苯偶氮)-3,6-萘二磺酸(简称对乙酰基偶氮羧)光度法测定了 潮州功夫茶杯中铅的溶出量,研究了茶杯中铅的溶出量与时间、温度之间的关系,并测定不同类型的茶杯在不同浸泡液中铅 的溶出量。The mode of periodate - p - acetylcarboxylazo photometric was used to determine the content of plumbum in the tea cup of Chaozhou＇s Gongfu tea and to research on uhe relationship of the dissolving capacity, time and temperature of plumbum in the cup. The dissolving capacity would be different of different tea cups when they time and temperature werein different marinated liquid.
