摘　　要：目的:建立野菊花注射液中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil^(TM) C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(57:43:0.04),检测波长为326nm。结果:蒙花苷线性范围0.48～9.70 mg·L^(-1),r=0.9999(n=7);低、中、高3个浓度的平均回收率(n=3)分别为101.1%,98.4%,97.1%;RSD 分别为0.7%,1.8%,0.6%。结论:该测定方法可为野菊花注射液的质量控制提供依据。Objective：To establish an RP - HPLC method for the determination of linarin in Yejuhua injection. Method：Chromatographic condition included a Diamonsil^TM C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column and the mobile phase consisting of methanol - water - phosphate acid （ 57： 43 ： 0. 04）. The detection wavelength was 326 nm. Results：The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0. 48 -9. 70 mg ·L^-1 for linarin （r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recoveries of low,middle and high concentration were 101.1% ,98.4% ,97. 1% with RSD 0. 7% ,1.8% ,0. 6% （n = 3 ）, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Yejuhua injection.
