摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定黄珠子草中短叶苏木酚的含量。方法:以 Thermo Hypersil-Keystone ODS C_(18)为分析柱,甲醇-1%醋酸(36:64)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长278nm,采用外标法定量测定。结果:短叶苏木酚在10~100μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7);其平均回收率为98.77%,RSD 为0.98%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便可靠,快速,重现性好,可用于黄珠子草中短叶苏木酚的含量测定。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of brevifolin in Phyllanthus simplex. Method:RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on Thermo Hypersil-Keystone ODS C18 column and the mixture of Methanol- 1% HAc (36: 64) was used as the mobile phase ,the detection wavelength at 278 nm,and the flow rate at 1.0 mL · min^-1. Result:The standard curve was linear over the range of 10 ~ 100μg · mL^-1 (r = 0. 999 7 ), and the average recovery was 98.77 % with RSD 0. 98%. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, accurate and specific. It may be used for the quantitative determination of brevifolin in Phyllanthus simplex.
