摘  要:目的:建立快速测定吩噻嗪类药物的化学发光新方法。方法:在盐酸介质中,吩噻嗪类药物能被硫酸铈氧化生成发光物质砜,从而产生化学发光。基于此,建立了吩噻嗪类药物的流动注射化学发光分析方法。结果:在优化的实验条件下,不用任何增敏剂,盐酸氯丙嗪、盐酸异丙嗪在1.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5)g·mL^(-1),奋乃静在1.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-4)g·mL^(-1)范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系;检出限(3σ)分别为7.0×10^(-8)g·mL^(-1),5.0×10^(-8)g·mL^(-1),2.0×10^(-1)g·mL^(-1)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度高、线性范围宽,该法应用于相应注射剂和片剂分析,结果令人满意。Objective:To establish a rapid and precise continuous flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of phenothiazines drugs. Methods: In HCl medium, phenothiazines - chlorpromazine hydrochloride, promethazine hydrochloride and perphenazine could be oxidated by the ceriuim (IV) and chemiluminescence(CL) were proportional to the phenothiazines concentration without any sensitizers. So, a new flow-injection CL method has been developed. The optimum chemical conditions for the CL reaction were investigated. Results:Under the optimized conditions, the phenothiazines were determined. The linear range of the working curves were 1.0 × 10^-7 - 1.0 × 10^-5 g · mL^-1 for chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride, 1.0 × 10^-7 - 1.0 × 10^-4 g · mL^-1 for perphenazine respectively;The detection limits of the method were 7.0 × 10^-8 g · mL^-1 ,5.0 × 10 ^-8 g·mL^-1and 2.0 × 10^-8 g · mL^-1 respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, and sensitive, and it has been applied to the the determination of the phenothiazines in pharmaceutical injections and tablets with satisfactory
