摘　　要：以学分制下选课制的基础理论为前提,分析了JDBC(Java DataBase Connectivity)等Web数据库开发技术及网络安全性技术;阐述了基于网络环境选课系统的设计思想、工作原理和运行机制;设计并实现了网络化的选修课程管理系统.试验表明,该系统运行稳定、速度快且效率较高、自适应性较强,符合学分制管理体制对选课系统的要求.According to the theory of elective regulation under the conditions of the credit system,the paper first analyzes the basic principle of web database and the technique of network security,and then makes a systematic expatiation of the aspects of the design and operation principles of the elective system based on the network environment,finally further realizes a managing system of the common elective on network.
